Hangover

Its Monday again….we know how much we like it … LOL :). Don’t curse Monday if your hangover this weekend is still not down. Lets begin the subject.

Dark, smoky, crowded, crazy, addicted; you know it very well where you find such ambiance. Addiction has versatile meanings world-wide. Well, it’s a different argument that what is right and what wrong. The definition of right and wrong changes when the perspective changes.

Those drunks and the junkies know their beloved obsession; can’t really comment much on that but one thing is for sure that an obsession is a requisite. Its method could vary.

There are few who are too self obsessed that they are too busy clicking their selfies and getting the hits. There are others who look around and have an inclination for a thought and that of third kind, who look around and have a tendency for an action. What you choose is of one’s self interest but an obsession should be the mandate of your inner voice.

It could take one’s considerable life time to seek that passion (that goes for this blog’s theme) but it’s never too late. Let me quote one saying by somebody-“Happiness is not having what you want but wanting what you have”. It binds us to think that what we need is just to explore what you own. It’s not bad to groove the hangover you appreciate until it goes outrageous. Enjoy your best hangover….!!!!  :)
Ohhh….I didn't say your favorite booze . :)

3 Pounds Evolution

Ever since life existed on earth in any form, This 3 pounds of brain has been the master. That is the sole controller of all evils and good. From centuries, it has gone through evolution. From Stone Age to medieval and then modern life, it has always been progressing and will continue so on.

With every new generation, we see a paradigm shift in its nature. Those thoughts and ideas few generations back never remain applicable and publishable any more. Those talks of our grandfathers seem to be quite old fashioned and outdated now. This is because the appetite to experience new and better has been the fundamental urge of human race. We are the evolutionary form of our ancestors thousands of centuries ago; called as apes. It is difficult to conceive as of now, what new forms and patterns, 3 pounds of organ will adapt but certainly it will keep on evolving.

The question to ponder is , would that evolution keep our basic ethical conduct nurtured or that is also going to take some another form. Just for the sake of example, Think of a day when homicide will be the common conduct of human nature; although it’s not indispensable as of now what we saw in Gaza. That is being one of the evil aspects of evolution. On another note, can we expect that evolution to give equal rights to every individual? To see every gender just another human being and not stereotyping any of these. Would that help to dissolve racial and color discrimination at all from this globe?

Well, whatsoever be the transformation, we are going to be both as an Actor and the Spectator of the show. The key to control that evolution lies with us. Each of us holds that much potential to control 3 pounds evolution within and outside.

The Independent personality

Happy Independence day to all.

Today, being one of the special days in the history of our nation, we celebrate our 68th Independence day.

On this date we got independence but we were still a semi-autonomous nation, called the dominion of India. Right after 26th day of 1950 India, when we got our constitution declared, India was recognized as the Republic of India. By the time we hadn't got our own constitution ready, we were still a polity under the influence of British rules.

Today, we heard our PM’s terrific speech. Beginning his speech with , “I am here not as Prime Minister but as Prime Servant of the country ”. He spoke about very basic and prevalent issues nation is facing today. We heard him speaking about the girl/boy child ratio in India. The issues of large import as compared to small export. His slogan “Come, Make in India” to balance Indian import/export statistics. He spoke about hygiene in rural India and to make at least one ideal village in a region to set it as an example for others. This all is not merely the responsibility of the govt. but the responsibility of an Individual too, he added. Here he emphasized on individual's perspective to look for his duties towards the nation. Moreover, the difference between the job and the service, we heard. We should not compromise. Zero defect and zero effect to the nature, he continued and so on.

What I want to focus here is about the individual of the nation. “We”; the common man of independent Republic of India, are independent. Are we? This is the question we need to ask from ourselves. Are we obliging to our obligations freely or is there any unethical conduct stopping us from paying our duties. Here I meant to say is our thinking, what perception do we have about ourselves and our surrounding. We need to build ourselves to build the nation, like we say, Let the charity begin from home. Our way of thinking is going to guide our acts. We need to change to make a change.

So, here we come back on the freedom. Don’t prove yourself a dominion mind like a dominion nation. Define your laws and make a republic character of yourself.

That reminded me of freedom from few lines from my blog archive. Below is the link:

The Big Click

Very lately, I came across this phrase in a newspaper which says “You affect the world by what you browse”-by Tim Berners-Lee

Let’s give it a brief thought, is it for real or just a hypothesis.

Nearly 15 years back from now, we could have hardly thought of depending so much on technology than we do now. For any sort of information, say for health to medicine, from toys to machines, we can rely on technology. The world of IT is too huge. It has been progressively expanding since it became the requirement. Our solution to almost all questions can be answered by very powerful search engines. I would rather say Google has become a pen friend of ours. Just pen down your queries and you get the answer. Give it a thought, how smartly it caters all kinds of information you need. Just type “How to” and see how its six senses could challenge you to beat its smartness. I wonder, a day would come when Google like services will start cracking jokes on its own, if you ever feel crying.

What has developed the neural network of search engines like Yahoo, Google is; we are part of it. Our demands are changing the world. As it is said that,” Necessity is the mother of all inventions”. Our necessities are creating the world of opportunities for us and the folks like us.

We are the creators and the slaves as well, of the technology on our finger tips. Today we shop online; eat online and even attend schools online. Whenever you browsing, you are adding a bit to what happens around you. Just think of a link browsed a million times, it can affect the world around you.
